Please read below before filling out our consignment application.

How Tiny Beats Ultrasound Studio Consignment Works:

1. Gather and Prepare Your Items:

   • Organize the items you wish to consign.

   • We accept a maximum of 50 items to ensure variety and timely consignment periods. Sets count as one item if photographed together.

   • Ensure all items are freshly laundered, neatly folded (sets together), and in new or excellent used condition.

   • We do not accept torn, ripped, or stained items, items with missing buttons or broken zippers, or those with pet hair, excessive pilling, or strong odors. Items with minor defects preventing listing will be returned at the end of your term. We will accept only brand new with tags nursing bras, no other nursing bras will be accepted.

   • Please place your items neatly in a box labeled with your name and phone number on the outside.

2. Drop-off Location and Timing:

   • Drop off your items at 102-1840 3rd Ave after you make an appointment here

   • Your items will be listed for sale for 8 weeks, starting from the date they are posted on our website, of which you'll be notified via email.

   • Please note that if you do not drop-off/make arrangements for drop-off within 7 days that your term will be cancelled.

3. Payment:

   • Tiny Beats 3D Ultrasound will be responsible for pricing and will price items based on brand, style, and condition.

   • You can opt to receive either 50% of the profit as store credit or 40% via e-transfer at the end of your term.

   • You'll receive an itemized printout of each sold item along with its selling price.

   • Each item will be assigned a unique 5-digit ID number for tracking on our website.

4. End of Term Procedures:

   • At the end of the consignment period, remaining items will be donated to a suitable community organization.

   • Alternatively, you have 14 days to pick up any unsold items.

Please adhere to our selling policies by submitting only qualified items for inspection. We invest significant time and effort into organizing and inspecting consigned items. Failure to comply with our policies may result in items not being posted.
